Step 1 - Tiny Hair Sample
We take 4–6 strands (bulb preferred). No needles. No labs. Just a quick, non-invasive sample.
Step 2 — Epigenetic scan
Your sample is scanned to identify patterns of potential nutritional, environmental, and lifestyle stressors that may be impacting your resilience.
Step 3 — Your Root Report
You receive an easy-to-read plan: what to add, what to reduce, and what to prioritize over the next 90 days. And customized recommended products to support your 90-day plan.
Step 4 - Healthy Lifestyle Habits
I work with you to develop healthy lifestyle habits that will improve your overall health and wellbeing. I'll help you make sustainable changes that will last a lifetime. (sometimes its baby steps)
Step 5 -- Accountability
I am always available to hold you accountable and provide support every step of the way. I will help you stay motivated and on track to achieve your health, fitness, and longevity goals.
Step 6 -- Acitvate and REnew
I implement simple changes (foods, habits, targeted products). Then we re-scan in ~90 days to track progress and refine.
